Head Manager
Oversees all daily operations, usually at a specified location. Responsible for opening/closing, hiring, scheduling, inventories, ordering, employee production, customer satisfaction, understanding Board of Health regulations etc. The Head Manager will work alongside the Assistant Manager at one location and each is responsible to communicate with one another to establish the most productive system feasible at their particular facility.

Assistant Manager
Will have the same duties and skills of a manager, but is not as responsible for inventory, hiring, scheduling etc. This position can be part-time, usually to fill in for the manager or a full-time position depending on the interests of the Head Manager.

Cook
Responsible for overall cooking and preperation of the kitchen. S/he will need to understand and be able to work with charbroiler grills, steals, fryers, ovens, bain maries etc. We believe in fast, efficient service and this begins with the cook. S/he will need to get food out as fast as possible while still having it be presentable and, of course, cooked properly!!!

Assistant Cook/Line Cook
Assisting the cook with food preperation and getting food platters ready to give out to customers. Preparing salads and sandwiches, along with cutting vegetables are also part of the job title.

Register/Customer Service
This position primarily deals with cutomer service. We look for upbeat and enthusiastic people who are able to deal with customers in a polite, professional manner. S/he will work with a register as well as prepare 'snack' foods, such as pretzels, ice cream and nachos. Speed and efficiency are also very important for this position. Mom's is known for 'moving the line quickly with utmost customer satisfaction.' We need people like this!!!

Event Set-Up/Maintanence
Usually a part-time position that is responsible for assisting with setting up tents, tables, chairs, grills, fryers, lights etc. at specific outdoor events. Other responsibilites include cleaning all equipment used at these events as well as general cleaning and maintanence at our facilites. Cleaning can vary between sweeping the floor to cleaning out a fryer with heavy-duty cleaners.

*Many of these positions intermingle with each other. We would rarely train someone at one specific spot in a facility. We like our employees to be versatile enough to work the register as well as cook. We are all a team and everyone works together like a team.

**At times, we can be very flexible with our employees, but we certainly expect hard work and dedication. Our employees are most needed during the busiest days of the week, such as Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. If you can work with us, we can work with you!!
